Cristina Carneiro’s career has been shaped by her dedication to building meaningful connections. Growing up in a family whose success was rooted in personal relationships, she learned early on that real growth happens through the bonds you create. Starting as a hairstylist in her family’s salon, Cristina worked alongside her mother, learning the importance of customer care and community. Her natural talent for nurturing those connections helped the salon grow and thrive, giving her firsthand experience in what it takes to expand a small business.

Inspired by her father, who ran his own CPA business, Cristina’s interests expanded into finance and eventually the real estate market. Her passion for helping others truly blossomed during her time at Movement Mortgage, where she served as the Business Development Manager for the Dellemonico Team. It was in that fast-paced environment that she honed her skills in marketing, graphic design, event planning, and social media, discovering that success is about much more than just strategy - it’s about creating authentic relationships with the people you serve.

Cristina founded Real Consulting to carry on her family’s legacy of service and commitment to the community. Her goal is to help local businesses grow by fostering genuine, lasting connections with their customers. She brings a personalized, thoughtful approach to every project, empowering small businesses to build stronger relationships and achieve sustainable growth.
